Chance to Change Support Group

They seemed innocent enough when they opened in 1994. They were to be a fun and easy way to collect revenue to benefit the educational quality of children in the state of Missouri. But after 16 years casinos bring the bad with the good.

And while many are able to handle the responsibility of gambling, there is a larger group that struggles with gambling addiction. This addiction, like others, can lead to personal, financial and family ruin.

But, help is available!

It is close by and open to the community. St. John will begin a nationally recognized support group for those looking for help in breaking their gambling habit or addiction.

Chance for Change is a 13-week workbook-based video and support group.

Date: Tuesday, February 9 and runs through May 4
