As you travel on your LIFEJourney, we want you to be encouraged along the way. It is our desire that every follower of Jesus is growing in their relationship with him. At St. John, we believe that spiritual growth happens when people interact with the Bible and live out the promises it gives.

If you’re looking to take next steps to grow spiritually, discover the tools available to you at St. John.

Throughout the year, at various times, we offer Bible Studies, including studies for men, women, or co-ed.  Bible 101, Spiritual LIFEpractices, and the Institute are some of our regular Spiritual Growth opportunities.  Currently, the Spring Institute is underway.  Click here  for all the details.

Spiritual LIFEpractices 

An opportunity to grow spiritually.  Learn more about four ancient spiritual practices and how to use them in today’s modern world.

  • Settling into Silence
  • Solitude Studying the Scriptures 
  • Practicing Prayer and Fasting 
  • Journaling

GROWING DEEPER

Have you ever had a question or a thought about a weekend message – and maybe even wished you had some additional time to think about something you heard, but didn’t know how to get started? If so – you’ll definitely want to check out Growing Deeper. This resource is developed for each series – and while designed for use in small groups it is also a great resource for individuals.
