Kenny has been in food & beverage for nearly 22 years.  Not only does he have a broad knowledge of food, he spent several years as a bartender and later as a beverage manager for a large country club.  After attending the University of Missouri, he spent most of his career in hotel food & beverage before coming to CrossWalk in 2006. 

Kenny has experience in planning and managing events for 10 to 3200 people.  Regardless of the size or type of event, his experience can make your event unforgettable.

Interesting facts:  Among the celebrities Kenny has served is Tim Allen, Senator John Ashcroft, Senator Kit Bond, President George H. W. Bush, Steven Curtis Champan, President Bill Clinton, Senator Hillary Clinton, Charlie Daniels, The Doobie Brothers, Bob Eubanks, Vice President Al Gore, Rudy Giuliani, Charlton Heston, Journey, Wally Joyner, Senator Ted Kennedy, Larry the Cable Guy, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Molly Hatchet, Bebo Norman, Quiet Riot, REO Speedwagon, Alex Trebec, Dawn Wells, and Stevie Wonder.

With over 26 years of culinary experience, Steve can create and prepare almost anything.  If he doesn’t know how, he can quickly learn.  Steve has been the Chef for CrossWalk since 2004.  Before coming to CrossWalk he spent several years with Compass Group, the River Explorer of Barge Excursion Line, and Mark Twain Bank corporate dining.  While at CrossWalk, Steve has helped create many signature dishes as well as duplicating items that our guests have had elsewhere but couldn’t get there to get it.  His creativity and background can make your event a magnificent culinary experience.

Interesting facts:  Steve once served as Sous Chef for French Chef Jean Pierre Auge who was once the Chef for the Duke and Duchess of York, and the Guinness family, until he came to the United States to be the Chef for the Kennedy family.
